There appeared to be a Wolves fan who celebrated their goal in one of the Witton Lane boxes near the Holte but other than a bit of pointing and shouting I couldn't see what happened afterwards.

I think, when considering whether it was a penalty or not, the conclusion we can all agree on is, fuck off Wolves you small time, tin pot, wankers.

Speaking as someone acts like he knows what he’s on about and pretends to be a lawyer in my expert opinion your closing comments and ultimate conclusion makes perfect sense to me.

It's not a definite pen for me.

A definite pen is one you see in real time that looks so blatant it can't be anything else but.  Like when Keith Curle took up gaelic football in front of the Holte back in 1993. Most only clocked this one on the replay.

But, aye, I would've been miffed if I was Wolvertrampton and didn't get that.

At the time, Snoddy's reaction looked like a natural movement as part of his jump. And possibly also to protect his face.  Well he is an absolute dreamboat.

So he's either very lucky to have got away with a moment of madness, or sly enough to give the ref enough doubt as to whether it was deliberate.

Those type of handballs are given week in, week out. I suspect that the reason yesterday's wasn't given is because the ref didn't see it rather than him deciding that it was accidental. These days, you cannot jump up with your arms outstretched and then claim that it was accidental.

Who cares anyway? We had decisions go against us yesterday, as we did from the same ref against Burton. Wolves were beaten fairly and squarely and 4-1 was about right in the end.

The snoddy one is a clear pen for me, the adomah one was never a penalty, the ball was long gone by the time there was contact and they both ran into each other.

On the flip side Batth or N'diaye could easily have been sent off for making poor tackles when they were on a yellow and the Coady one is the sort of tackle that sometimes gets a red.

Just when I thought yesterday couldn't be any better, I read this:
Quote
WM police have confirmed it was Villa that banned the masks enforcing heavy handed tactics to stop people wearing them.

And then this:
Quote
Disgusting club, truly ran by a bunch of cry babies acting like bullies. Can make ****ty comments all season then take away democracy to stop others having their say. As some one put. Communist club.

Fckin priceless.

"Them dai let us take our Mendez masks in them dai"

boo hoo fckin whoo

It was 4-1, it wasn't close, we drilled them second half, they're shitting themselves. And what kind of pricks want to wear masks of an agent ? Not a Striker, not a heroic defender, not a captain who leads by example, not a manager who's genius has turned things around, a fucking agent who bends rules and bleeds money out of the game and disrupts clubs. Pathetic, cocky wankers brought back down to earth.

They're good, better than us on most days, but our strategy worked better than theirs and the 4-1 reflected that. As the game went on, they opened up more, we kept getting more space in the channels and between their midfield and defense and ultimately that's where th goals came from. All incredibly simple really.

Shame we can’t play Wolves every week, we’d have an awesome goal difference!

They have a point about the pen incident.  Indeed if all ifs n buts in the game turned into goals then the score would probably looked  a lot different.  7.2

It was a penalty, the handball. But the bug clubs continue to get the decisions when playing the smaller sides.
Yes  and the ref would have found it difficult to get it past Terry. John would have over ruled him.
