I actually thought Adomah got a tiny bit of the ball which was the main penalty incident. His follow through was very reckless though and easily could've been given, I was expecting a penalty but think infront of the Holte End saved us there.

Down by the North Stand and the linesman who was infront of the Wolves fans would've flagged for it I reckon.

Touching the ball doesn't mean he won the ball. It was a clear pen as far as I'm concerned.

Disagree as in my eyes Adomah won the ball and then collided with Doherty, the Snodgrass one was a definite penalty.

Any footage of the Adomah penalty appeal? I don't remember being overly concerned at the time, sat in the Upper Doug.

Well I'd have been screaming for a penalty had it been an opposition player in Snoddy's place, so I reckon it was just a case of the Ref having his eyes fixed on the crowd of players in the penalty area. That said, I don't think any Wolves supporter could possibly cling on to the belief that this incident was the reason they lost. They were properly mullered in the second 45 & deserved exactly what they received i.e. bugger-all. :)

interestingly though I think only one Wolves player protested at the Snoddy incident - it was hardly a mass protestation.

Snodgrass handball was a definite penalty for me. His hands should not have been that high - I can only assume the ref didn’t see it and presume there were too many players obstructing the view of the linesman. It was a stupid lunge by Hourihane in the first place. If they had got to 3-2 with 15 minutes to go it would have been squeaky bum time.

It was a penalty, the handball. But the bug clubs continue to get the decisions when playing the smaller sides.

To put in a performance like that against the team at the top in the knowledge that both Cardiff and Fulham had won was tremendous.

When we pressed them higher, that's when they looked shaky. That takes a lot of energy and after their 'tag team' fouling as well, especially on Grealish and Snodgrass, I just hope everyone's fit to go again.

So many good performances, but a mention to Taylor who did really well in the second half after a wobbly start.

Great camaraderie in the team as well, although again Bjarnason left the field early on his own, and after scoring that goal!
Why did he leave straight away?

His girlfriend had promised to let him play the role of a Viking invading a foreign country and having his wicked way with the locals.  Plus she had a new supply of whipped cream.

Yeah, it should've been a penalty. That they still would've had to score, mind. And if someone had spotted Hogan on his own for a foot race straight down the middle near the death, it could've been 5-1. Uncles, aunties, bollocks, and all that.
