Apparently are no easy games, but if we are serious contenders there should be no excuses in this game.

Something I find hard to understand under Bruce is that we seem far too nice and allow teams to gain confidence in games.
There has been exceptions of course, but I would like us to really get into Sunderland from the kick off and rub salt in the wounds.

I kind of know what you're saying. Sheff Weds had far too many chances to win the game before we eventually did.

I'd put Jedinak for tonight I think.

Tonight should be all about attacking as their defence is piss poor. Get at them from the first minute and the game should be over by half time.

They are rock bottom. Just like when we played the Blues - they are there for a reason and if we play with no fear, a bit of pace then we have enough to see this through even comfortably.

Alternatively go there defensively minded and hope to nick something we could come unstuck

Be positive Brucey and go at them from the start - get a couple of early goals and they will crumble like a cheap suit

3-0

Hogan
Albert
Conor

So would I.

Johnstone
Elmo Chester Terry Taylor
Hourihane Jedinak Grealish
Snodgrass Grabban Adomah

Assuming Jack and Albert are both fit.

Point of order, Mr Speaker - would a cheap suit not fall apart rather than crumble?

Hopefully they'll fold like a deck of suits.

From 2000 onwards our record up there is W7 D4 L3. Defeats under Garde (Gil goal) and two 1-0 defeats in 10/11 and 07/08.

Both Fulham and Cardff should be easy home wins so we need a result. UTV.

Most of the relevant information for supporters can be found here:

https://www.safc.com/fans/stadium-guide

For parking we would recommend St Mary's Car Park in the city centre - SR1 3AH For supporters coming in by Metro from Newcastle please ask them to use St Peter's Metro on arrival as this is the closest station. Supporters travelling back to Newcastle need to use the Stadium of Light metro station as this is the only station with metro trains to Newcastle for 30 minutes after full time.

Most pubs in the city centre are away fan friendly. For pubs near the ground I would recommend the Colliery Tavern and the Hilton Hotel which are both situated near the away end.

Disabled supporters can use the lift in the Black Cats Bar to get to the away end. The entrance to the Black Cats Bar is right next to the away turnstiles and our stewards can direct them to the entrance on arrival.
