I don't buy it that it's so much worse in Brum than other parts of the country where games have been played. As a few examples, Burnley played while Rochdale (16 miles away) got postponed, Spurs played while Barnet (13 miles away) was called off, Southampton played when just down the road in the New Forest hundreds of people were stranded in their cars Thursday night. If there's a will there's a way. Maybe the club felt it suited us for the game to be delayed given our injury list but it feels wrong to me.

Thankfully, the time old tradition of hanging a scarf out the window meant some kind soul overtook us near Newport Pagnall holding up a hand scribbled note saying "game off".
