Did anyone else notice the ref thanking JT for his actions
Yes indeed. After finishing the "paperwork" Ref came over and thanked Terry. Terry basically managed the whole incident once it kicked off.

I have waited a long time for Villa, England (rugby) and Gloucester to win on the same weekend. For it to happen when we beat Blues to go second is the whatever goes on the cherry on the icing on the cake.

Job done, just got back home ,had a drink in Perry Barr , had a few beers. Back home, in, would you believe  it ,a Birmingham Postcode.
If we ain't in the same Division as those fucking retards  next year
, I will embrace all the bullshit they come out with,  with glee.

If the result went the other way  Chelmsley  Wood would have sold out of Champagne til the cows come home - sad bastards.

FUCK OFF small heath AND CRAWL UNDER THAT FUCKING ROCK YOU CALL HOME

Got to say I wasn't thrilled when he came into the club, but he has been magnificent. Has changed the attitude of the club, know Jack has benefited from having him around. I was worried that he would let his standards drop, how wrong I was. He actually seems to be really enjoying himself and wonder if Conte is regretting letting him go? I really hope if we go up he stays another year, I don't mind if he misses the Chelsea games tbh.

After the dross I have watched the past 6 years, finally an atmosphere, performance, result, achievement and proudness in one game.

To the Bruce family, my sincerest condolences.

Jack - your now hero worshipped by the 3 Remy kids.

I was a bit deflated to see Thor dropped and King Leonidas back in only that I didn’t want to change a winning team. What do I know? I could see why he might have been upset as he had a blinder.

I was complaining a little about Hourihane not having a great game until he produced a worldie and I happily scraped egg off my face.

Heart in the mouth moment when Terry slipped and whatsisface hit the post.

Adomah was fab again and loved his crowning moment after he scored.

In the pre match interview Cotrill looked like a rabbit in the headlights which transferred to his players.

We could have had 5.

7 on the spin, record broken?

12 behind barce-hampton with them still to come to VP. Pressure is on them not us because frankly we look the nuts right now.

Glorious Monday morning with some Nose wankers in my office now 😁

No bookings for Villa. That’s impressive discipline considering what was going on

I thought that the ref had a very good game

For a second after Conor’s goal went in Bruce looked visibly emotional.  He quickly regained his composure realising he needed to get Whelan on.

I've got a feeling that if we do go up Terry will see that as his swan song and retire. I wouldn't begrudge him that, but we could really do with him for one more season.

I’ve just remembered something.

An hour or two after the game, outside the Aston Social with a load of others, along came a Merc with a fella hanging out the  sunroof saluting the crowd.

The fella was Ian Taylor.

Please tell me this is true...

I’m with you there Mike, Gloucester city won too to complete the set for me.

Not what it was, but a full Trinty is still a thing of beauty.
