Bjarnasson on for Whelan.

A good move if they use him as he’s meant to be as a more attacking midfielder. Not so sure if takes Whelan’s role.
Weren't people saying how good he was in the first half, last week; as a holding MF? (I didn't think he played well last week, but some on here thought he did alright in the first half).

It looks to me to be a massive pitch with loads of space.

Or are the players really small?

In terms of our passing it's like watching a different team out there right now. Funny that when Whelan's not anchoring the midfield, everyone else settles.

Weren't people saying how good he was in the first half, last week; as a holding MF? (I didn't think he played well last week, but some on here thought he did alright in the first half).

He came on against Bristol City in what I consider his best position as a left sided central midfielder. He makes a lot of very good runs and scored from a great through ball by Hutton. Can’t comment on how he did vs Peterborough.

Thx. I'm not a fan of his, TBH.

I thought he did okay in the Cup. Put himself about.
