What the fek is that money sponging cockwomble Agbonlahor doing anywhere near the first team???
Someone asked if SB has had a funny turn, I'd say he's been on the funny fags myself!!!

He’s part of the squad. If he’s fit again and can contribute should he not be a part of 18?

Pray tell.......just what has the fat waste of space contributed over the past few seasons????

No Center forward doesn’t necessity mean not attacking

But we’ll have to cut out all those long balls into Davis’s chest

Think grealish will be left wing which isn’t ideal

I’m expecting hogan to come home n when it’s not working but let’s hope I’m being pessimistic

I agree about Grealish. Hope he doesn't play there because it's a complete waste. Rather Onomah out there and Grealish play in the middle.

Good to see Jack starting and good that Jedi is back. Prefer him to Elphick.

A surprisingly attacking line up, happy with that.

Attacking line up with no recognised striker.

Point taken but Albert has been banging them in so perhaps him up front with Jack just behind may work. It does mean that we don't have anyone to hold it up though as Davies would which could be a problem.

May mean our players have to pass to each other - not really known in any team managed by Potato. Can we do it?

What the...

What be this strange Witchcraft of which ye speaketh??  :o

You'd like to think that Jack, Albert and Hourihane will all link up with each other with quick passing and movement pulling their defence apart. I fear it's gonna be more like launching the ball over Jack and Connors head to an isolated Albert. SB may surprise me and it'll be the former.

I thought Derby were decent but Davies and Baird in their starting 11! Well past it

No Davis.  Am not liking this. He pulls defenders all over the place.

Which other striker would you put on the bench instead today?

Well that side will certainly disrupt the Derby defence as to who to mark and may have them having to come out to pick up players.
The big question is where will Bruce play Hourihane and Onamah. I hope he finally wakes up to see that Onamah is a better player in a deeper but mobile role and Hourihane the better attacking midfielder with a real goal threat. I'm not holding my breath though.

At least we'll see an end to pointlessly hoofing the ball up to Davis. We have enough talented players in that team to play it on the deck. The inclusion of Grealish only adds to that. Where he'll play I have no idea. I can only assume Bruce will push Albert into the middle with Grealish on the left. I'd prefer we stick with Albert and Snodgrass out wide with Jack given a free role and Hourihane getting up into the box, Lampard style.

Just seen Gabby is on the bench. Why hasn't he pissed off yet?

Is a name change in order?

How about O'Hare or Hepburn - Murphy, or Davis if he was fit. Anything but the fat waste of space.

Rather replace him with a youngster from the reserves

Neither Hepburn-Murphy or Davis are match-fit, so no not really, anymore than Kodija or McCormack would be realistic suggestions.

O'Hare is another advanced mid/withdrawn striker of which we're already playing three.
