I know, ANOTHER bad day at the office?

It’s been one of those horrible ones.

Even if we do somehow cling on to a play off place, we never, ever look like beating the better teams around us.

We're flat track bullies and not always that convincing at that.

We cant seem to break teams down when they defend compactly. Grealish was our best offensive player but he doesn't have an end product.

Me four.  Bruce is not, and never has been, the answer to our decline.

The honest truth is we’re rarely that great against the teams we do even manage to beat.

Terry at Chelsea today. Not sure how I feel really, he’s crocked but you’d like to think the club captain would prefer to watch his own team. Oh, hold on...

It’s irrelevant. Why worry about that kind of stuff? He’s not in the squad. It wouldn’t make one bit of difference if was at Derby or not.

Because if the captain can't be arsed why should the rest of the players? It hardly engenders a strong team ethic.

The team shouldn’t need to be motivated by the captain of the team sitting on the bench. If that’s where we are then we are well and truly fucked.

Teams who get promoted from this league tend to do it through being a really close-knit team. It's not about the players being motivated by him being there, it's about them all feeling mutual responsibility to each other.
