All the thrill of the spectacle
Those highlights seem to show a fairly even game...3 shots from outside the box from us, and 2 better chances for them inside. Still both the performance and result are not good enough for a team that wants to get promoted, and I hope we don't start start slipping down the table before we get the chance to address the injury situation and strengthen in January.

Well that was crap. At least Bruce admitted he got it wrong putting Lansbury in for Hourihane, but that was the least of our worries. The only player that came out with any real distinction was Johnstone. Highlight of the afternoon was before the game when a coachload of Millwall fans marched purposefully across Aston Park - all flat cap, neat coats and Danny Dyer walks - and strode up the Holte steps to chant 'Mihwawh'. More comical than nawty

For a while we've usually had a few players doing really well even if it's not always the same ones.
However today, aside from Johnstone and then Grealish when he came on, too many players were off form and we gave the ball away in bad places so many times to let them break.
I thought we would win against a limited team that hasn't won away, yet we were lucky we didn't lose.
Bruce said he got it wrong and said Hourihane should've played.

Because we are so predictable, teams know exactly what to expect and set themselves up to outnumber us in midfield.
Once we are on the Backfoot we tend to stay there until 70 minutes when he try’s to change it.
Not sure why any one is surprised that these performances keep happening.

If only there was some sort of system whereby the manager could correct his mistake during the game.

What a great idea. Shall we call it a swapstitution?

Brucie should be concentrating on the game rather than trying to flog Gate McGateface and Fat Hogan to anyone who will give us a couple of quid back

If it did you should only be able to swap like for like. Right back for a right back when you need to try and win a game

Well that was just dismal. Created nothing till Grealish came on. He has to start next week.

When so many of the side were half arsed and desperately poor, I'll take a draw every time.

I'm not sure how we didn't lose it, safe to say SJ was my MOTM!

Amongst a lot of things today (even more than that referee), the one thing that really boils my piss is when Henri Lansbury trots over at a snails pace to take a set piece. There is no urgency from the bloke whatsoever.

He would have fitted in a dream to the 2015/16 squad.

Today was just one of those awful ones in that you move on and get ready for Derby away next week.

Is that my quote or Mr Bruce’s?

His corners were terrible, as were all our set pieces till Grealish arrived. There’s just no creativity in the team and that has to be addressed.

Also on the Millwall thread: https://twitter.com/CoxCraigcox1875/status/939525948361322496

How does a bunch of 'Wall lumps walking up the steps of The Holte', at 11.30 AM, constitute 'taking the piss'? Frankly, I'd be surprised if half of 'em didn't suffer massive coronaries soon after their daft droning.
