A good Cup run for Villa is normally one match - i think that's do-able

You mean like the 2015 FA Cup Final?

Winnable, even without any strikers. And it will not be on the telly, so make plans for 1500 on 6.1.18.
Until the old bill make us move it as blues are at home as well.

Which has never, ever caused a fixture to be moved.

Came here for someone to say that and for Dave to respond on cue.  Leaving happy.

Since the 2000 final we've only gone past the 4th round 5 times in 17 attempts, which is a pretty crap record.

The Gabby Agbonlahor Stand and one other is my guess. Probably the smaller of the three. Burton must be gutted.

They've always got the chance of a big draw in the 4th round.

We've had a crap cup record for most of the last 60 years.

We've just got a really boring cup record. I can think of two embarrassing exits this century, Millwall and Sheffield United, and one victory in recent times when we weren't expected to win, Liverpool.

Basically, we rarely lose to shite but are equally incapable of raising our game to beat the better teams which is why we haven't won the bloody thing since MacMillan had just come into office.

I would count being battered 4 nil by Arsenal an embarrassing exit too.
