Winnable, even without any strikers. And it will not be on the telly, so make plans for 1500 on 6.1.18.
Until the old bill make us move it as blues are at home as well.

Which has never, ever caused a fixture to be moved.

It might do if they were playing Man United, but I doubt the twenty or so thousand at Villa Park and the three thousand at The Sty will cause too much panic.

I can still see Villa being moved as the BBC move about a dozen games to the Sunday.

From those around us in the league only Bristol City and Derby look like not making it through to the next round and having to play an additional game(s).

Wolverhampton Wanderers v Swansea City
Cardiff City v Mansfield Town
Ipswich v Sheffield United
Watford v Bristol City
Manchester United v Derby County
Newport County v Leeds United

And I thought you would miss that and focus on our new loan signing Leonardo Ulloa making his debut.

We played Peterborough over two games in the Cup in 1961 when they were still a non league side. We have never played Woking. Should be a good away following whichever team we face.

And in 95/96. 6-0 at home, Draper scoring a cracking freekick and I think they had 2 sent off which led to their fans getting a tad boisterous.

Hope to see us play a full strength side and give the FA Cup our best shot. Hate it when people call it a 'distraction.'

We'll play the 2nd string and should still have more than enough to dispatch Woking or Posh.

Sorry! I had the urge to Google him after posting. Apparently he got injured shortly after the Albion game and hardly played football again... he did play international cricket for Gibraltar though.

Is that right - my mistake I thought it had. Saturday 3pm it is - like all games should be

Peterborough are near the top of League One so wouldn't be a pushover.

I'd hope it would, at least, give us a chance to rest the likes of Davis, Whelan and Samba.

A good Cup run for Villa is normally one match - i think that's do-able

Of course us winning this means that we will probably be going to Sheff U midweek for the league game,  scheduled for 4th round day
