It was me what won it. Started the pre-match thread and predicted 2-0.

That's a great result, confidence breeds confidence.  Well done the Villa.

As routine a home win as can be. Albert MOTM due to the goals but Davis and Onomah led the line well.

Special mention for Whelan who did the solid and unspectacular very well.

This is a very good result. We wouldn't have won this not long ago. The team finally seems to have some, much needed, confidence. Even when things aren't going 100% to plan, they seem to have belief they can get something positive out of the game.

Well done to all concerned!

Another welcome result and can't really knock Bruce for the last few weeks even if it hasn't been pretty.  Shame all the other top few seem to be mostly winning as well.

Just spat out my drink watching the 2 Ipswich players watch Whelan head to Albert to score.

Why was the Ipswich goal disallowed?

Foul on the keeper that never happened.

Why was the Ipswich goal disallowed?
Foul on Johnstone I thought.

Ta.  I thought that was what it might have been disallowed for.  Looked ok to me.
