With Hillsborough it was the police to blame. With the pub bombings there are probably so many implicated with the event and the investigation come cover up that followed that I don't think the truth will ever come to light.

Quicker than 43 years though.  With the added bonus that the police know exactly who did it.  Anyway it’s not for this thread.  Let’s just do what we can.

Genuine question because I don't know, but is this a generally accepted fact?

A World in Action documentary in 1990 named five suspects.  These were apparently obtained via a leaked West Midlands special branch document. 

In addition when Mullin was interviewed by the then ACC Tom Meffen he also named the same people trying to corroborate Mullins claims to have met the real bombers in Ireland.

I worked above a jewellers in Corporation Street just around the corner from this atrocity, I still think about the senseless murder of all those innocents, I think governments forget about all those damaged for life. Still no answers.
