If we sign anyone this window I either want a kid who's on the up or an established, mid-20s player who put that 2nd/3rd season blip behind them. We don't need anyone who doesn't fit those 2.

People on here often talk about how difficult it is to turn around a team but then suggest players who are on a similar downward cycle in th ehope that we cpould turn them around, that's just as difficult and the likes of Richards should serve as fair warning.

And I imagine he'd love it for half a season if were pressing for promotion. Sounds worth a shot to me.
