Amongst all the mud slinging though I was startled to read we only increased our non television revenue by 14m over the decade Lerner was in charge.

While correct I still cannot bring myself to truly dislike Sherwood. He should never have been appointed, but he was and he gave us a few good days days in a truly awful run of years there. Chancer, sure but he did a few good things for us.

Appointed without entertaining the thought of recruiting anyone else and snuggled up to him in full public view in the Directors box while Lambert was doing his thing right below. Think what you want about Lambert but that was a shit thing to have done.
