The trouble is we have gifted players, but there's no strategy for how they're meant to move in the final third. So they pick up the ball, dwell on it, contemplate trying to Maradona through the Blues defence, turn around and pass it to the only player we have in space - a defender. There's just no fecking plan.

Vassell injured.

Think the SHA intensity and pressing has been too much for us first half.

Got to think there's no chance that can last all second half so hopefully we can get more space and actually create something.

Pretty typical Bruce performance so far, disjointed and ponderous.

Good to see the fans of the team that carry the name of the city impressing the TV and radio pundits with their missile throwing. I hope they get fined.

I liked the smirk on the face of Hutton after he hurt Vassell. He did make half an attempt to hide it by wiping his face with his shirt.

Really have to step it up second half otherwise we'll lose this 1-0.

Anyone here who wouldn't take a 0-0 right now, if offered?

We started off ok but have let it become a battle. We are too slow in midfield for their pressing game. I think we need Davis on for his hold up play, players will get around him.
