"Birmingham now have to remember they can't play the ball up to Vassell now he has gone off". Even the co-commentator knows they are f*ckwits.

It has been an even first half for me. If we aren't careful they might get a point that could be the one that keeps them up.

If we on here have figured out that our front players aren't going to be winning high balls vs those centre backs, why can't our defence and midfield see it?  Is deliberately playing for 2nd ball scraps / lucky bounces a tactic?

Well that was pretty ordinary. No flow at all we just play hoof ball and rarely win the second ball. Blose probably looked the slightly better of 2 shit teams.

Oh and the atmosphere sounds crap aswell.

three or four good defensive blocks in that half
Jotta and Vassel were better than Kodja and Albert, but Vasells gone off now so that should help us

This is where Bruce has to earn his money as manager.
If we carry on this way we lose.

Villa Blose at VP in April was far, far worse

We started off ok but have let it become a battle. We are too slow in midfield for their pressing game. I think we need Davis on for his hold up play, players will get around him.

Probably a good call

Anyone here who wouldn't take a 0-0 right now, if offered?

The Johnson deflected kick was a warning, I can easily see them winning by a flukey goal and/or defensive brain-lapse on our side.  We need to really start pinning them back and not let them grow in confidence in front of their own fans.

Crap so far. It's dreadful having Bruce as manager. So uninspiring.

Long ball after long ball. We might aswell not have a midfield.

Need a much improved second half.
