It has been a brutally bruising 7 years for us all and I have been longing for a return to the simple and effective MON formula. Keinan's goal was all Milner to Carew-y. Can we all at least enjoy tonight and rely on Bruce to retain the formula?

Davis has got immense physical presence. If he can add goals to his game a la Benteke he'll be superb.

I asgree but we need to give him time, it might be 3-4 years yet before he's the beast that he could become and he doesn't need fans being impatient with him whilst he develops.

Didn't take that long!

Indeed, but I think he could be a 15-20 a season striker in the league above this one if he reaches his potential, he's got decent pace, is very strong, works his tits off but also has very good technique.

On topic taking Kodj off is the right decision here, the game is passing him by a little now and he looks like he's running in jelly.

Not sure why it's onomah instead of Hogan though, no need to change our shape at all.

Surely you can't expect SHA to sack their manager every time we win a match?

Because Hogan is rubbish.

Same. But I see the logic of strengthening midfield to close out the game.

A bit more often than that would be nice.
