Try not to get too hysterical...

It looks like two up top. But it probably isn't.
-
I worry quite strongly about our ability to keep the ball with that central midfield. Ah well, here's hoping.
-
Keinan Davis to get he first goal today?
-
Well it looks attacking....
-
Is Onomah not quite fit or just been dropped?
-
Three right backs on our books and he plays Elmo.
Rest of the team looks great. Whelan playing deep and giving the defence some cover is fine providing that's what he's told to do.
Finally an attacking line up.
4-0 Villa
Bring it on!
-
Is Onomah not quite fit or just been dropped?
Dropped.
-
I think I'm finally starting to see the pattern. He bows to the pressure and picks an attacking line-up so that we (hopefully) win again, then he can have a 4 or 5 game streak where he can go back to what he likes, the old 8-1-1.
-
Reckon it'll be a 4-3-3..With the Kodjia wide left and Snodgrass inside....
Adomah could be vital ,if we are to get three points today.
-
Steve Bruce lost on his last 4 visits to Oakwell.
-
that bench is desperate if we need a goal
-
Yep I'm going for 4-3-3 also on second look. I expect Whelan to sit in front of the back four, Adomah and Hourihane in front. Kodjia left, Snodgrass right.
-
It's an attempt at an attacking formation, but it might not end up like that as the wide 4-4-2 can make it difficult to keep the ball (having the ball being an important thing to make sure you've done before attacking).

4-0 Villa
Bring it on!
-
that bench is desperate if we need a goal
Apart from the £15m striker of course. If we can get the ball to him that is.
-
This team could well get overwhelmed by a hard - working opposition midfield.
He's gambled big, IMHO.
-
Win please.
-
Once more the midfield is our problem. Oh for those halcyon days of Westwood, Sanchez and Gueye.
-
Don't care about Bruce just win this game Villa please win
-
that bench is desperate if we need a goal
That's what Samba is for!!
-
Someone is due a hammering
-
Someone is due a hammering
Us?
-
Can someone have a "We're Not Hysterical We Just Don't Like You" banner made. Will need it in around 2hours.
-
Come on Villa...There's been some advantageous results today in the division...We'd be right in the looking above pack, if we can win today.
Can we just have another on the front foot performance ala Norwich
No Jedinak on the bench
-
I remember Bruce saying last season that he has always been a 4-4-2 man. Not many square pegs in that team today so I'm hoping for a positive result and Kod to get through the game without any knocks.
-
Yep I'm going for 4-3-3 also on second look. I expect Whelan to sit in front of the back four, Adomah and Hourihane in front. Kodjia left, Snodgrass right.
Surely Snodgrass central and Adomah wide?
Has Adomah ever played centrally for anyone before?
-

Us, in whatever desperate game it was at Villa Park (I cant remember who we were playing) where he subbed our only striker and moved Adomah in to an ever so slightly advanced central midfield position in a 5-5-0 formation.
-
Is jedinak injured?
-
That is 442 with Elmo at right back and Adomah on the left I would reckon. If Bree and De Laet are behind Elmo in the right back pecking order then that's a huge issue.
-
4-4-2? Well I fucking never
-

Yes slightly mental. I really rate Bree.
-

This
-
Three nill away win akin to circa 1997
-

Who the hell knows Dave? Adomah was at RB at one point the other night.
-
Looks like a decent enough selection. Should be fun!
-
I am sure we will be there or thereabouts at the end.
-
The pace of Whelan will tear Barnsley apart.
-
Now to find a stream.
-
Hutton>Jedinak>Bree
madness
-

Well, we do have Brucalopithecus as Manager
-
I've just been watching the worst Lydney RFC team in my lifetime, now it's time to suffer with the Villa.
I sometimes wish that the didn't like sport
-
Who were those two blokes paraded on the pitch?
-

Well, we do have Brucalopithecus as Manager
They're behind Cafu too, evidently.
-
A link if someone would please. A preposterous attack of hiccups means I can't leave the house!
-
Is Onomah not quite fit or just been dropped?
Probably not 100% hence on the bench. Probably see him at some point in the second half. Disappointed Jedinak isn't fit enough - another key player still not fully fit after his groin operation.
-
Whelan has got his work cut out today.
-
I can safely say I have never heard of any of Barnsleys starting XI. A win is paramount tonight.
-
Who were those two blokes paraded on the pitch?
Craig hignet and Ashley ward
-
Hoofball
-
has the ball seen the light of day yet
-
Bloody hell pretty short on quality so far.
-
Anyone got a decent link. I can't get VIP of sofastream to work. Cheers
-
This start has all the markings of Bruce's last game in charge of us. We look shit.
-
Has Whelan got his boots on the correct feet ?
-
Useless from Whelan! How does he start?
-
There's the first chance that morph into a tap-in that the keeper made a wonder save to keep out if we don't score today.
-
Snodgrass looking the most lively for us.
-
Ill probably regret but does anyone have a link please?
-
Ill probably regret but does anyone have a link please?
Me too please. Useful sources not working g for me today
-
Goal!
-
0-1. Adomah.
Bad keeping error.
-
Allllllllbbbbbbbbeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrtttttt
-
Link too please my usual supplier appears not to be functioning
-
Yesssss
-
Let's now go and get 2 and 3 rather than grimly hanging onto a 1-0.
Barnsley aren't the best at the back as we've just seen.
-
Pretty route one stuff, but they all count!
-
Nicely done Albert
-
Shocking keeping, goal from a guy that Bruce seemed determined to dump.
-
That will do for starters.
Now to score 3 more.
-
You got no fans...Whaaaaat a shit-hole.
-
Get in!
-
Alberrrrrrrrrrrto!!!!!!!!!!
-
It's been pretty crap until now. Can we go on from here?
-
Ill probably regret but does anyone have a link please?

-
YESSSSSS!!!!!!
-
Great link up from Davis and Albert!
-
Show me the fan who had WHELAN printed on the back of his shirt.
-
Deserved. We have been well in charge.
-
Let's now go and get 2 and 3 rather than grimly hanging onto a 1-0.
Barnsley aren't the best at the back as we've just seen.
You do watch us normally right?
-
Co commentator just said '' Villa prepared to sit back at times '' he obviously hasn't seen much of us this season.
-
Good news. Maybe we won't sit back
-
This is better.
-
They got into good crossing positions on our right a few times now, Elmo needs to work out how to cut that out.
-
Get the fuck in ! Yeeees!
-
Let's now go and get 2 and 3 rather than grimly hanging onto a 1-0.
Barnsley aren't the best at the back as we've just seen.
You do watch us normally right?
It worked v Norwich....
-
Terry has been excellent.
-
This is better.
It means we keep tuberplodicus though.
-
Co commentator just said '' Villa prepared to sit back at times '' he obviously hasn't seen much of us this season.
he is just plain wrong. Villa may well sit back at some point but right now the team are pressing constantly to get the ball back every time
-
Good effort.
The game seems scrappy to me as a whole tbh. Barnsley walk through the midfield too often for my liking and they pass they ball better.
-
Can't get sky sports to work at heathrow
From the radio it seems we're being wasteful again
-
Is finding a stream much harder than it usually is for other folks?
-
Nearly 1-1.
-
Is finding a stream much harder than it usually is for other folks?
Been sent some but can't get past adverts.
-
Once again on the verge of conceding
-
They lost 19 players?? Bloody hell.
-
Is finding a stream much harder than it usually is for other folks?
Been sent some but can't get past adverts.
same here on the advert front. Usually much less hassle
-
Starting to get over run now, especially down their right.
-
All Barnsley now. We simply don't dictate games
-
They should have scored there but their player completely missed the ball.
-
They are killing us down the left.
-
Just get Sky Sports you tight fkrs, we're on plenty of times. ;) ;)
-
All Barnsley now. We simply don't dictate games
Typical, we get worse after scoring, they get better.
-

Tactics ay it
-
They lost 19 players?? Bloody hell.
I know, I thought I had heard that wrong. It will take Bruce some time to think up an excuse if we don't beat these.
-
It's all a bit predictable this.
We score, they immediately start to run the game whilst we drop back more and more.
-
I'm watching by Nowtv. A day pass to sky sports for the price of a couple of pints.
-
Sit back sit back
-
Jittery, but for the first time in years, finally following the successful MON formula. 442, right footed left winger, 2 upfront incl 1 target man, play on the counter.
-
Now we are sitting back. This is unwise.
-
Jittery, but for the first time in years, finally following the successful MON formula. 442, right footed left winger, 2 upfront incl 1 target man, play on the counter.
Look forward to seeing how that works at home, mind
*wink*
-
It's all a bit predictable this.
We score, they immediately start to run the game whilst we drop back more and more.
And our attacking presence gets less and less.
-
Press the fucking ball Villa.
-
Hope Terry is OK I think he has played well so far.
-
We've settled into our usual pattern of letting the opposition dictate the game with our 19% of the the play.
-
No pressing! Whelan is so slow! Swap him for Onomah.
-
Sitting too deep and can't keep hold of the ball when we get it.
-
Hope Terry is OK I think he has played well so far.
Agreed. Played well so far.
-
I'm shitting myself that we'll lose and crapping myself that we'll win and keep potatoranodon.
-
We are such a subservient football team. We've played so apologetically since we scored. Like we are embarrassed to have taken the lead.
-
Since we scored the midfield has retreated so far we now playing 8-0-2.
-
Penalty to us.
Adomah! 2-0.
-
Penalty!!!
-
Penalty!
-
Definite penalty
-
That looked like a soft penalty at first look. Replay shows it's right though.
-
Penalty to us
-
Blimey. Who's going to take it?
-
Stonewall Jackson
-
Yesssss Albert ya beauty
-
very soft pen that but brilliantly taken by Adomah.
-
I just dont get it. Maybe 20 mins of great entertaining non stop pressing high energy attacks followed by foot completely off the gas and the usual invitation for the opposition to score.
I just dont get it.
-
Get in. Was just about to say it looks all Barnsley et voila.
-
Perfect timing. We were looking a bit scratchy up until the penalty.
-
Beauty!
I love Albert.
And Bruce, natch...
-
quality pen.
-
We don't really deserve it, we haven't passed the ball at all, we're being thoroughly outplayed in most parts of the pitch, but they can't defend *at all* and we've taken advantage.
-
Woooo!!!!!!
-
Penalty to us.
Adomah! 2-0.
Lol Soccer. I'm going consult you first before laying a bet seeing as you are getting the game a few minutes before the rest of us!!
-
Why on Earth are Barnsley fans and players moaning about the most clear cut penalty ever awarded?!
-
Great time to score the second. Barnsley will be wondering how they're 2 down I reckon.
-
Get in, definite pen.
-
very soft pen that but brilliantly taken by Adomah.
actually good decision seeing it again.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
-
Better from us again. Davis close
-
It's a funny old game, awful for the past 10 minutes then breakaway and get a pen.
-
I know us too well to get excited just yet.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Strange way to celebrate a 2-0 lead. Much better that Bruce builds on this and gets it right than yet another load of upheaval with a new manager.
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
-
Don't be stupid Kod.
-
Our passing in midfield is appalling, we always lose the ball there.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Strange way to celebrate a 2-0 lead. Much better that Bruce builds on this and gets it right than yet another load of upheaval with a new manager.
Let's just get some points on the board and make the task for the eventual new manager a bit easier.
Not getting too excited as our performance has been usual bog standard which dosen't suggest we're going on a 5 match winning streak anytime soon.
-
Winning 2-0 away and some are still unhappy?
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
Didn't look like it to me.
-
HT 2-0. To us if you can believe it. Well done Albert.
-
It'll be interesting to see what Bruce does with the team for the next half.
John Terry has been great so far today, too.
-
Terry and Davis have been great.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Strange way to celebrate a 2-0 lead. Much better that Bruce builds on this and gets it right than yet another load of upheaval with a new manager.
I support Aston Villa. I'm not celebrating a 2-0 lead. Ever.
-
Chester and Terry look good as do the front two.
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
Only the faintest touch but the balls movement changed
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Never underestimate our ability to f£$k things up.
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
Looked like it, although that doesn't mean it can't be a foul.
-
What I'd like Bruce to do is find a style, but it doesn't need to be the same home and away.
So, if we reckon we're useful on the counter, set up to play that away from home.
If we think we can replicate the way we played against Norwich, adapt that at home.
Then just fucking stick to it and hoover up wins. This league is fucking awful, it's shameful that we do so badly in it. That's what Benitez got right with Newcastle, took a few games but found a starting line up and style that would work more often than not, and stuck to it.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Never underestimate our ability to f£$k things up.
Yep. There is the Aston Villa factor to consider.
-
It'll be interesting to see what Bruce does with the team for the next half.
John Terry has been great so far today, too.
He really has. Some bloody quality distribution.
-
More luck than design which I think is why were not exactly excited but Bruce will be waxing lyrical.
-
I know people on here are moaning about pressing etc. but I think we have done ok, can't recall Sam J having any saves to make where we have had more chances even though we haven't had the ball as much.
-

He seemed to stumble upon something against Norwich and then Wigan. 8 goals. Happiness all around. And then plays 3 CB's at Bristol City and it's been bland or shit ever since. He might have got lucky again today. As you say, let's see what happens now.
-
Winning 2-0 away and some are still unhappy?
because it's built on sand, we've had a shocking goalkeeper mistake and a penalty but have still looked lethargic in midfield and soft down both wings. The points and goals are welcome but it's not been a great performance.
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
Looked like it, although that doesn't mean it can't be a foul.
Indeed. I have never understood why so many people think that if you get a touch of the ball it's not a foul.
I remember MON having that exact argument in public with that ****** Roger Johnson when we beat Small Heath a few years ago.
-
We're much better on the left today than the right. Snod is having a tough go, but at least he's got a decent engine. I think we're playing pretty well, but I need more from Hourihane going forward. Great to have Kodj back, showing some quality. Let's get KD a goal.
-
Midfield two isn't really working, it'd be good to see Bruce address it.
-
I've come to the conclusion I don't want a new manager as there is no-one out there that I think will do a better job, the links I've seen don't fill me with any sort of confidence.
I just want Villa to win, if it's with Bruce then great. If not, then so be it.
Nice to be winning again, especially away.
-
2-0 up we're going to storm this league. Someone is due an almighty tatering soon.
-

Exactly. If we won this 5-0, he'd still probably start with some fucking mental idea next week.
-

Yep agreed.
-
Blimey, I didn't see that coming! Hoofball's finally turned up trumps. :D
-
It's hard for Hourihane, he's outnumbered in the middle and so far back.
-
Fair play to Albert for knocking that in after the Northern racists tried to put him off by throwing shit on the pitch. I'm sure the league will take the strongest possible action (not even a mention).
-

Amen to that.
-
There was no touch on the ball
-
Can't say we've played well but we've always carried a threat. And typical poor championship defending means we didn't need to play well to create chances
Terry motm for us bu my a mile so far. Having to be with taylor getting roasted and overlapped so often
Agree hourihane outnumbered but he's still frustrating me. I expected a classier passer of the ball
-
If the saying is true, you must be a good team, if you're playing badly and winning, we must have a heck of a team!
It's only due to good defending by the CBs and poor delivery by them, that they could've have scored 3 or 4. They've looked dangerous, almost every time they've attacked.
-
Not that it matters, but Davis definitely got to the ball first.
-
Put Onomah on second half....way better than Whelan. Hutton for Elmohamady as well.
-
There was no touch on the ball
Indeed. An utterly stupid challenge & a clear pen. Bosh.
-
Not that it matters, but Davis definitely got to the ball first.
Not seen a more obvious penalty.
Jackson got nowhere near it.
-

See Adomah. A.
Prime example of Bruce being bat shit crazy. Played great everytime he has had a sniff, yet was left out the squad completely last week. The guys a donkey of a manager. But then if he wins the next 15 straight I won't care.
-
There was no touch on the ball
No seeing it again there wasn't, well done linesman assistance or whatever the
Kids are calling them
-
Did the guy not get a slight touch of the ball for the penalty?
I thought he played the ball too.
Looked like it, although that doesn't mean it can't be a foul.
All-angles replays explain the confusion. The lino who gave the pen on Villa's right flank clearly saw that it was Keinan's touch. From the left, it looked like the fouler's.
-
It was a crystal clear penalty. Yet another example of a one footed, one sided player going in using the one wrong foot.
Our passing is ponderous and far from crisp, but we are meeting the physical challenge for once. Terry has been immense.
-
So Bruce for another week then...
Strange way to celebrate a 2-0 lead. Much better that Bruce builds on this and gets it right than yet another load of upheaval with a new manager.
I support Aston Villa. I'm not celebrating a 2-0 lead. Ever.
Im still trying to get over losing the 4 one lead at Spurs in 2008
-

That's the one. Gabby brought down and Milner scored the penalty.

We all share those reasons to worry. But that is not the same as calling for the manager's head because we are 2-0 up.
-
Blimey, I didn't see that coming! Hoofball's finally turned up trumps. :D
Exactly, not very subtle but I suppose in our position who cares but I just wish we looked like a football team!
-
We could do Barnsley 9-0 and I'd still want MarisPiperodocus out.
-
Winning 2-0 away and some are still unhappy?

Yep I'm happy we're winning but way we're playing can anyone really seeing us winning 20 more games this season.
My target was top 2 on August 5th so that's why I'm judging the standard we need to be higher than what we've shown so far.
-
Good half that, and very pleased to be 2-0 up. Adomah is a cracking player at this level. Quite why anybody would prefer pub player Bjarnason to him is anybody's guess.
-
This will be interesting. Manager vs manager on how they both react to us being up.
-
Superb from Davis there.
-
He's fucking level
-
Put Onomah on second half....way better than Whelan. Hutton for Elmohamady as well.
Whelan is the main reason Barnsley have not scored, stopping multiple moves outside the box. Barnsley's strength is on Villa's left so Elmo and Snodgrass can use their Hull relationship to break down the right.
-
Davis has got immense physical presence. If he can add goals to his game a la Benteke he'll be superb.
-
John Terry gives no fucks. I do love it when he gives the opposition zero respect.
-
Davis has got immense physical presence. If he can add goals to his game a la Benteke he'll be superb.
Agreed.
-
One good thing is if we can get a clean sheet, would be 3 in a week so starting to get that defensive toughness we had for large parts of last season.
-
Davis has got immense physical presence. If he can add goals to his game a la Benteke he'll be superb.
I asgree but we need to give him time, it might be 3-4 years yet before he's the beast that he could become and he doesn't need fans being impatient with him whilst he develops.
-
YES

Davis has got immense physical presence. If he can add goals to his game a la Benteke he'll be superb.
I think once he gets one or two under his belt, he'll become a regular scorer.
And there's one!
-
Get the fuuuuuuuuck in!!!!!!
Davis you beauty!!!!!
-
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL DAvis
-
So pleased for him, deserves it.
-
You fucking, beaut....superb cross, top header....YESSSSS!!!
-
3-0. Davis. Well done the young man.
Let's hope this day is the turning point in the season.
-
Great goal
-
Davis scores
-
Well done son !! Deserves that
-
Fucking GET IN!!!!!!!
-
Good lad, well deserved. For all the criticism I've thrown at Elmo, that's a good cross from him as well.
-
He's one of our own!
-
Great lad. So happy for him!
-
Good lad, well deserved. For all the criticism I've thrown at Elmo, that's a good cross from him as well.
To be fair, he's played well at right back the last two games.
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
-
Keeping the good news going, Blues and Redknapp have parted company, so 'arry wasn't their saviour
-
That should be another penalty, definite handball for me.
-
Away fans in fine voice.
-

I asgree but we need to give him time, it might be 3-4 years yet before he's the beast that he could become and he doesn't need fans being impatient with him whilst he develops.
Didn't take that long!
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
Thought he was doing a great job there!!
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA, amazing!!!
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
Just in time e to replace Bruce.
-
Harry Redknapp fired
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
i'm doing the lottery tonight !!
-
Redknapp has left Blues apparently
A fun game for once, could get used to this.
-
And Appy Arry no more at Small Heath such a shame
-
I didn't know blues sacked Rednapp until then.
-
And Harry has just left Blues.....beautiful day
And my worcester city scored 8 !
-
It has been a brutally bruising 7 years for us all and I have been longing for a return to the simple and effective MON formula. Keinan's goal was all Milner to Carew-y. Can we all at least enjoy tonight and rely on Bruce to retain the formula?
-
I truly hope this is the game that kick starts our season.

Indeed, but I think he could be a 15-20 a season striker in the league above this one if he reaches his potential, he's got decent pace, is very strong, works his tits off but also has very good technique.
On topic taking Kodj off is the right decision here, the game is passing him by a little now and he looks like he's running in jelly.
-
We need more good days like this! ;D
-
I have to say Barnsley do have a good buccaneer style
With little end product Mind
-
Not sure why it's onomah instead of Hogan though, no need to change our shape at all.
-
We need more good days like this! ;D
Surely you can't expect SHA to sack their manager every time we win a match?
-
Not sure why it's onomah instead of Hogan though, no need to change our shape at all.
Yeah i thought that, but its the Bruce way.
-
Not sure why it's onomah instead of Hogan though, no need to change our shape at all.
Because Hogan is rubbish.
-
Not sure why it's onomah instead of Hogan though, no need to change our shape at all.
Please see the possession stats.
-

Yeah i thought that, but its the Bruce way.
Same. But I see the logic of strengthening midfield to close out the game.
-
Do my eyes decieve me or are we currently 13th in the table?
-
We need more good days like this! ;D
Surely you can't expect SHA to sack their manager every time we win a match?
A bit more often than that would be nice.
-

Them losing and us winning will do for me!
Heck. Us winning will do.
-
Do my eyes decieve me or are we currently 13th in the table?
Nosebleed territory, BE.
-
Isn't it brilliant how football can make your life feel so good! 3-0 and Harry sacked.
-
Do my eyes decieve me or are we currently 13th in the table?
I'm getting dizzy! ;)
-
Oh what a perfect day!
and I hate that song
-
Yep if it stays the same, the penalty and Davis goal jumps us up an extra 2 places on goal difference.
-
We haven't scored for ages, Bruce out!!
-
Twats throwing stuff at our players again.
-
I truly hope this is the game that kick starts our season.
So say we all.
-
Oh what a perfect day!
and I hate that song
Lou's original was ok but that charity version ruined the song for me
-
Isn't it brilliant how football can make your life feel so good! 3-0 and Harry sacked.
Yes and greater regularity would be welcome and deserved.
-
Holy fuck. 3.0. Is this the turning point???
-

The thing is, if he thinks Hogan can turn it round still that's the sort of time where you bring him on up front alongside a guy who is occupying both central defenders and try to create a few chances for him in the hope that it helps him going forward. Kodjia had to go off but the change was a 'seeing it out' one that we didn't really need to make. I'd have taken Houri off as well and given them both half an hour because I'd like to see if we can form a midfield 2 who can offer a bit more control than this one has.
-
Am I being a miserable bastard by viewing this as still an unconvincing display despite the score line?
-
I missed the subs...why was Kodjia taken off?
-
What are chances of us going on and scoring 5? That would be really nice.
-
Twats throwing stuff at our players again.
The FA should be all over this shit. Of course they wont. because its not us doing it.
-
Am I being a miserable bastard by viewing this as still an unconvincing display despite the score line?
It's not the most convincing, but there's at least something that looks like a shape to the side (and a plan, maybe) and frankly, who cares at this point, 3 points will go down nicely.
-
Am I being a miserable bastard by viewing this as still an unconvincing display despite the score line?
I was thinking the same personally, the scoreline does paper over the cracks for the time being.
-
Bugger. I hope to God that Davies hasn't picked up a bad injury.
-
Am I being a miserable bastard by viewing this as still an unconvincing display despite the score line?
You are correct however you can't argue against numbers😊
-
I missed the subs...why was Kodjia taken off?
Rest.
-
What are chances of us going on and scoring 5? That would be really nice.
We don't do nice, we do painful, excruciating, frustrating.
-
Penalty again 😊
-
Thats twice their beardy defender has slid and handled in the box.
-
I missed the subs...why was Kodjia taken off?
To try and make it a fair game.
-
That moron Jackson could have given away 3 pens today.
-
Holy fuck. 3.0. Is this the turning point???
I'll tell you on Monday. Don't want to spoil your weekend.
-
Twats throwing stuff at our players again.
The FA should be all over this shit. Of course they wont. because its not us doing it.
Surely you don't believe that we are discriminated against unfairly by the FA or League?
-
Holy fuck. 3.0. Is this the turning point???
I doubt it very much. But let's enjoy it whilst it lasts.
-

Crazy I know :)
-
Bjarnason - why?
-
See, that sub makes sense, BB, like Hogan, needs some game time and Snodgrass hasn't played much before he arrived so give him a bit of a break
-
Bjarnason - why?
His first act was to fall over and give the ball away.
-
Bjarnason - why?
Need your guttering clearing?
Need a courier?
Garden maintenance?
-
Well today's cheered me up a bit!
-
Am I being a miserable bastard by viewing this as still an unconvincing display despite the score line?
A tad! You wouldn't be, if we hadn't been so much worse for so long. It's hardly a world-beating display, but I think there's more to sing about than swear about for a change.
-
Wow what a miss.
-
I need a rook scarer. I wonder if Bjork would like the gig.
-
Ha ha. How the f#¤k did he miss that?
-
Johnstone has been impressive since hes been back. Closed the angle down nicely again on that last chance.
-
And Swansea held Spurs to a draw.
-
I need a rook scarer. I wonder if Bjork would like the gig.
He'd probably turn up with a bag of bird seed for them.
-
Adomah had really put a shift in
-
Some actual decent passing today. By us.
-
I need a rook scarer. I wonder if Bjork would like the gig.
We've got two horses now Brian, he could shovel the shit in the morning.
-
Bjarnason - why?
Need your guttering clearing?

Garden maintenance?
Against Reading a few weeks ago I actually thought Westwood would have been a better option, a truly hopeless footballer.
-
Excellent.
-
That was a dive
-
Johnstone does make it look easy, sign of a good keeper
-
That was a dive
Aye. A cheating Chelski Barsteward. Who'd have thunk it?
-
Westwood is useless at scaring rooks. Just points at them. Bjork looks a natural. All action Norman Wisdom in a blonde wig.
-
Thank heavens for that
-
No complaints at all today, that was quality.
-
Well done lads. That was more like it.
