That is 442 with Elmo at right back and Adomah on the left I would reckon. If Bree and De Laet are behind Elmo in the right back pecking order then that's a huge issue.
Well, we do have Brucalopithecus as Manager
They're behind Cafu too, evidently.

Is Onomah not quite fit or just been dropped?

Probably not 100% hence on the bench. Probably see him at some point in the second half. Disappointed Jedinak isn't fit enough - another key player still not fully fit after his groin operation.
