I'd be tempted to give Hogan a game against his former club but other than that, that would possibly be my only change from what started against Norwich.

Here's hoping the engine doesn't get a bee in its bonnet.

Haha. Very good.

3-1 to the Villa. Bruce knows what needs to be done, he's been there before, he's got the players. Vultures get stuffed!

You mean Bees get stuffed of course?
Carry on!

As Trump would say if he were a Villa fan.."we're gonna win, we're gonna win big".

He isn't of course, but the outcome will be those very words.

Positive mindset to this one please Mr. Bruce, with a high tempo approach both in defence and attack.  I would go with (if fit):

                               Johnstone

Bree               Chester            Terry          Taylor

                                Whelan

Elmohamady     Onomah         Hourihane     Green

                                 Davis

Subs: Steer, De Laet, Samba, Lansbury, Bjarnason, Snodgrass, Hogan

Bjarnason and Hogan need to start for me. 2-1 Villa.

a game that quite simply, we must win.

If we have any expectations of going up this season, these should be meat and drink games for us where we pick up maximum points as a matter of course.

I like the balance of this side, but I'm pretty sure Snoddy said he left Spam because Bilic played him out of position on the right?..
He prefers to cut in from the left or play in the hole.
Anyhow, 3-0 Villa onward & upward.
