At the start we looked like a team with lots of players in roles they didn't know trying to link with players who weren't where they expected them to be.  It was exactly what you'd expect to see if the only practice of the formation was a few minutes at the end of games and 20 minutes in training.  That's why Bruce is a dinosaur and, whilst he's realised that they looked lost, he's left himself with a team that looks unbalanced, with Davis looking isolated and ineffective for it.
Paul you're so fucking one eyed it's unbelievable.  He tried something, it didn't work and he had the balls to make an early change.

Bruce's tenure at Villa has been poor and he was pushing his luck before the two wins.  But your constant negativity is so boring.

So is how you speak to people on here. I'd stop it if I were you.

Did he go 3 at the back to deal with their big bloke up front  and so try to demonstrate what a tactical genius he is?

And now it appears Samba off injured rather than a tactical masterstroke by Bruce

Davis holding up the ball and setting up Conor twice at the end there who finished poorly but there is something there.
He getting nothing to work with yet is protecting the ball an abnormally long time for teammates to start moving up and very unselfishly sets up Conor.
Green also shows glimpses of intent.

Noticed Gabby moving about near Bruce so now i'm worried they going to fuk up what fledgling promise we mustered up just before the break.
If Bruce dropping Davis for Gabby I will get a bit a upset....

Who could've predicted that playing the same formation and team that scored 4 last weekend would make us look so much more dangerous?!

Bruce out.

Don't want to keep on, but I think we're crying out for Hogan tight with Davis.
