Re Hogan, I mean sometimes players just bask in the sweaty hugs of their teammates after scoring. Can we really take it as a snub against the people who buy the subscriptions and watch the adverts that pay his wages?

I personally don't see what the problem is with Hogan not celebrating with the crowd. Some player's do, some don't. There's more to be concerned about.

Agree with all the sentiments above but the vibe that came from Hogan to Holte was that he was making .a point. Two goals against Wigan is a start.  Long may it continue. It has been a long time coming.  I can live with looking at the backs of goal scorers.

I also thought for the short time he was on the pitch that Ross McCormack looked much fitter and genuinely interested.  The times they are a changin'.

Errr. there's certainly a pace difference.
And, I'm not aware of any problems Hogan has had with his gates.
