Rotherham or Scunthorpe?

Is this the start of a Beautiful South song?

Weekend city break.

Looking like Rotherham will be playing at The Yawnthorns and Craven Cottage next season at the moment.

Atletico 2-0 up now.  Amavi pretty poor from the bits I've seen.

He's been booked as well.

Same positional sense he had with us. Non existent.

Shit player that flatters to decieve. Cant defend, and no measurable impact on attack (all fart no shit).

Fair play to Exeter tonight. Looks like second season in a row they're in the third division play off final.

My money was on Lincoln tonight. I bought into the hype about their managerial duo of brothers being the next big things in management.

I usually stick to weekend and midweek accumulators but now the regular season fixtures have finished I have been having correct score bets on the play offs and will do the same for the World Cup games. I don't bet in large amounts. Even after a decent win I pocket my profit and stick to my regular relatively small stakes.

I have gone for Notts County 3 Coventry 2 tonight. I thought it was worth a little tickle at 28/1. I have put £2 on. If I lose I won't be able to put a pound in my wife and son's birthday cards next week.

Having said that I am giving my son a car for his 17th birthday.

I hope my wife will be happy with a bottle of wine.

To be fair she already has a very nice nice car.

I’ll put £2 on it being an Audi

Iniesta's last game for Barcelona this weekend.  One of the all time greats, one of the most elegant footballers you could hope to see.

Just got up and am sitting at the breakfast table reading the sports news when ....bang,out of the blue I find out its Cup Final Day!! Not only did I not know it was today I didn't even know who was in the final ....this once mighty silverware is almost now totally devalued - and we still haven't won it in a life time, and even if we did some on here would be moaning that people were standing in the seats, beer was £8 a pint , Barry should have taken the penalty and the cup wasn't as big as they thought it was :)
I've just realised I now have to avoid the game and the wedding !!! The garden beckons
