Well that was wank. I honestly can't see what we're trying to do, which is my big worry. Fucking Walsall pass the ball better than we do.

I feel sorry for Hogan. He gets absolutely no service.

It will never work if this continues.

We are clueless without Kodjia's unpredictability and actual quality in the final third.

So 2 games against mediocre 3rd division sides and we managed a grand total of 1 goal through a dodgy penalty. What a time to be alive.

We really do seem clueless apart from set pieces.

We are a mediocre division 2 side. No shocks here.

I think we could break number of draws next season.

We'll be fine when elmohamady arrives in the nick of time by the look of it.

We need someone to create something from midfield. I don't know if it's the system we play or what, but at no point did we have any good linkup between strikers and midfield today. It was all down to wide players trying to cut across and ending up running the ball into dead ends or into Walsall players. Frustrating to watch.

Don't worry, it's all about fitness, nothing else.
It's not about preparation for the new season, creating a style of play, trying new things and getting players to gel.

It about putting the miles in.

They may as well have run up and down the fucking Malvern Hills for all the benefit playing football does them.

Same old problem, pedestrian going forward and not enough numbers up the pitch. As for individual performances, Agbonlahor an embarrassment, Bjarnasson and Green a disaster, Lansbury a park player, Hourahane all huff and puff with little quality, Amavi a wet fart, Taylor error strewn, Johnstone nothing to do. Thank god for Terry, Chester and Samba, we should be well covered at centre back. Baker to complete a really good quartet for this level.

Oh and Tshibola just come on to save the day, oh fucking joy.

Genius by Bruce to bring on Tish at the death to waste a few seconds and clinch the point.

We're still playing hoof ball from the back. No obvious game plan and without Kodja we have no cutting edge. In fact I've seen pineapples with more cutting edge. I'm unimpressed, and worried in equal measure.

Good substitutes, kill some time and try and hold on for the 0-0

To be fair when you are playing against a top top level free flowing attacking side like Walsall you are lucky to come away with a point. Job done! I reckon we may stay up this season if we can put monumental performances like that in.

It wasn't overly impressive, especially second half and we were poor up front. Samba would be a very good addition to the squad but the more I see of him, the more I think Lansbury is a weak link. I know he was playing deep tonight but I can't help thinking we'd be better off without him in the starting line up. A good work out though but room for improvement.
