It's been a long time since I cared about our new kit, i'm just happy to see a couple of our young lads model the kit and not Richards and Gabby.

great point - I agree with the sentiment about the young lads and Richards and Gabby

The sponsor is far too imposing, as PWS said they look like bloody lotto balls.
Maybe they heard about BE's thread in Off-Topic bragging about his imminent €100m winning ticket.

The lions printed in the background must be a nod to the 1995-97 home kit (the last time we kept the same home shirt for more than a season). Oh for a couple of years like that.

Not keen on either shirt to be honest, Puma seem to have got Burnleys spot on as have Umbro with Wet Spam.
However just looked online and I do like the training colours.

Unibet are offering various specials on us now that they are our sponsor.

Enhanced odds for us to win the league if anyone thinks we will actually do that!

Like them both. Will definitely be buying them in the £10 end of season sale.

To be fair to Unibet, they're supposed to.

Trying to find more images of the kits but the OS appears to be down?

If you go the store and click on the home kit , you will see the banner at the top of the screen with villa store written on it , which is the claret it should be and if you look at that colour and the shirt colour , put the colours next to each other , you can tell they have the claret wrong and its so much lighter ( pinky purple )

I loved that shirt, but the photos for this new one, with the lions, make it look like the sort of curtains you'd see in stately homes, especially with the slight royal purple hint.

Flat screen monitors are not the best for viewing true colours though.  The masthead on the Villa website looks proper purple in sRGB, but if I switch my mode to "Photo" it looks more like the colour on my 1981 retro shirt.

Same for me.

No issues with them.
