I hope he doesn't leave. He's too good a batsman with masses of experience to offer and he's only mid-30's.
Bat at 4 next year and get bags of runs please Ian.

The guy is a legend to me i truly hope he doesn't leave. Personally i can't see it.
He has provided me with great entertainment both for England and Warwickshire...nothing better than watching
Ian Bell in full flow...been a pleasure to watch over the years.

And the rest! Even Jeets is getting pummelled. 75-0 after 6.

I almost delayed my weekend away by 24 hours to go to this game. Thank God I didn't.

Decent start to the reply, 59/1 after 5 needing 205 to win.  Another big over or 2 and we'll be a really strong position.

Lots of good starts in the reply but losing people at bad times.  We now need Elliott and CDG to stick together, 58 from 40 makes us favourites if they're sensible.

On the other hand ! Great recovery by the bowlers to give the batsmen a chance and didn't they take it !

Great win and further proves a good, albeit overdue, rebuilding job is taking place.

YOU FUCKING BEARS!!!

There were a good few Villa fans coming out of the away end shouting You Bears today.

Walked back to the city centre, took about an hour, and by the time I sat down the final tickets had sold out. 😭
