The way to deal with this is nip it in the bud now, 9 points and no fuck ups from the next 3 matches. Now Jedinak is back watch the results start to go our way.

For the record I'm still looking at 6th place with a John Gregory run to finish the season. It is written in the stars that we will play Newcastle in the final and hand out a damn good thrashing to those northern upstarts.
Anybody want to bet against me? 😂 get in there you Villa boys, we're on our way back!

Can we turn this into relegation watch for our illustrious neighbours SHA? Oh the joy if we beat them on St. George's Day and this contributes to them ending up in Division 3! It's a bit of a long shot, but you never know. I suppose, realistically, there's more chance of the Wolves going down....

Anything is possible with that club.

Maybe not, think only a points deduction for punching a horse can stop Newcastle winning the title now so we'll have to play someone else at Wembley.

There's every chance of Wolves and Lambert going down.

Good news about this is that a further 31 points will get us into the playoffs, according to the boffins.

We don't even have to win every game. 10 wins and a draw should be enough.

Couldn't we donate 3 points to Blackburn and send the shit down?

In the last 10 seasons the average points to secure safety has been 49. Highest has been 55, 2 seasons ago when Barnsley finished a point ahead of Peterborough, relegated on 54 points.

Given that Blackburn in 22nd are averaging just over a point a game, we are pretty well safe now. 2 more wins and that will definitely be it.

65 points and 8th or 9th seem a fair target now, as long as Kod can avoid the injury curse.
