Still wittering on about losing 6 players from last season.  How surprising can it be when you pack a side with loan players?  Bloody idiot.

Of the playoff team AEM, Chester, Hutton, Jedinak, Hourihane, Grealish, Albert are still at the club.

We've lost Johnstone who he's replaced, Snodgrass who's he's replaced. That means he's short of replacements for Terry and Grabban. Even of the subs, there's only Onomah gone and he's been replaced by McGinn.

So that's 2 players he's missing and not replaced. I presume he's counting Gabby and Samba who never played anyway?

There's an argument that Kodija has replaced Grabban too. Same could be said of the centre back from United.

It's all part of getting his excuses in early, just like the judge us after 12-15 games thing.  Anyone who is judging him isn't doing it after 7 games, no matter how many times it's said, they're doing after about 100 games on the basis that we've played well in about 10 of them (and that's being pretty generous as well).

Well his first problem is he once again has brought in a ton of players and they are going to take time to gel ..there is no way with no preseason together we will look a team for weeks now .This is the issue with Bruce he can't coach a team it's just constantly adding/ removing players he is just like Redknapp though at least Redknapps teams played ok football

Imagine Mourinho mate Bruce quoting
philosopher Hegel , or any, philopsher!

I don't know if Bruce knows philosophy let alone has one but edcuation as such isn't the issue here

We ll see him getting on defence which Bruce will if lose 2mrw saying his success and amount of games as a manager and not address current situation .

Will be soon hearing same defiance from Bruce if results don't go well

Punchean? Is he a centre back? If not, does that mean Jedinak stays at centre back? Is Bruce mad?

There’s just no coherency or strategy to anything that he does. His transfer-dealings, his line-ups, his tactics. To quote a film-line, he’s like a kite, dancing in a hurricane at the moment. He’s hugely out of his depth, but seems to be managing to convince everyone that matters that he’s doing a good job.

I'm losing faith by the minute I really am.  If he lets Albert go to a promotion rival then he has completely lost it IMO.

That and loaning Elphick out to leave us with two centre backs in the squad, one of whom he's insistent on playing anywhere but centre back. If it's like that at the end of the day, I can't wait to hear the justification for that.

A great quote. Sums up the situation.

Bruce has either lost the plot completely or he's self-sabotaging in hope of a massive pay-off. It's hard to look at the dealings lately and think anything other, especially as we know from experience he has no intention of fielding the kids.
