I'd say the "biggest shit basket" was left in May 2016 by Lerner, Fox, Black and co.

I dont get angry very easily, but yeah, this still really pisses me off.

We could have easily dropped like a stone after that state of affairs. We were in a right state from top to bottom...owners, board, players and manager. Even though I am frustrated at Bruce and being where we are, it could have been so much worse.

Depends what you think constitutes a crisis. For a team looking to get promoted, 3 points out of 15 before yesterday is pretty close

Or it depends how you look at it. December wasn't great by any means but we won 1,  lost 2 and drew the rest and we're still only 7 points off 2nd place. I'm not sure i'd label that a crisis personally.

We were 7 points behind 2nd after our bad start. Nine games ago were 7 points behind and we are currently 7 points behind. We are not getting closer, although the team in 2nd place keeps on changing.

Games are starting to run out. If we fail to beat the top 6 teams coming to Villa Park, it will become very hard to make up the points.

Aye good reminder. I agree I also think Bruce is not going to work out, but I will give him credit. For a period of time there he really did stabilize us.

Bruce has been very unlucky this season with injuries and illness. He's lost his big players for large parts of the season. Wolves have barely had any injury problems. This has largely been ignored by his critics. January is now crucial to get at least 2 class loan signings in . Easier said than done....

Very similar to our relegation. For a lot of the time we were not many points from safety, but that was only because the three teams above kept acting like drowning people trying to climb on top of each other to escape. Not one of them could put together a run of significance to allow them to pull away.

You've got to think that at least two of the teams around 2nd-7th will go on good runs, something akin to unbeaten before easter. We need to be one of them. Fwiw, I think Cardiff will get there act back together given who their manager is. Can we as well? I hope with all my heart that we can, that everyone gets back asap and it all clicks, and we '75 it.

Would I bet on it? Not a chance.

I'm not sure there's a limit, but I believe only so many in the squad per matchday which I believe is 5. Didn't Watford have a load of them when they came up?

They did but to a maximum of five. Watford had about 72 on loan from Fiorentina.

Is that 5 for the season or 5 in the squad at any time?

Maximum of 5 loan players can be named on a team sheet.

Bruce Out. Still wholly unconvinced based on what he has spent. He's bought himself some time for the 2nd time this season
