Finding it hard to digest the options of the midfield. Players who can score goals, create chances and break up play. Really looking forward to this game. 0-2 Hourihane both .......

Brentford should be a bit leggy after spending all afternoon chasing shadows at Chelsea which along with us finally having a midfield means 2-0 to the Villa.

Do you reckon Brucie has them in for training this weekend?

A win is a must. We now have all the ingredients for success. Might need a bit of time to gel but hopefully the class recently purchased will flow. Hopefully, Hogan won't play with for them either. I can see us going on a good run but any run starts with one game.

If anyone correctly predicts the team and bench they deserve a special H&V prize

I'd guess

Johnstone

Hutton Chester baker amavi

Lansbury Jedinak hourihane

Adomah kodjia green

Subs: bunn elphick bree Bacuna Thor grealish gabby

That's what I expect to see, although I think that (see page 1) Pointy and GG/Tish* will be on the bench instead of Bree and Thor

*Having said that, I now expect Westy to have left and Tish to be on loan by Tuesday, so you might be right ;)

0-3

I hope Bree starts , he was playing in a team above us and Hutton is pointless so I am hoping Bruce gives him a start.  He can not be any worse .

Brentford won't be easy. Hopefully Scott Hogan will be gone to West Ham now they've got £25M for Payet which should weaken their forward line.

                            Johnstone
Bree.          Chester             Baker            Amavi
                             Jedinak
                 Lansbury.      Hourihane
Adomah                   Kodjia                     Thor

Bench: Bunn, Grealish, Elphick, Bacuna, Gabby, Green, New bloke.

Adomah and Thor to drop in, all 4-5-1 like when we don't have the ball.

      Hutton Chester  Baker Amavi
                Hooray Lansbury
    Adomah     Grealish.        BB

Bree has to start, surely, footy?

And let's have Kodjia back in instead of the fat shit?

Just spotted the club seem to have some more tickets for those with 7 aways.

Today was the deadline for returns/refunds, so maybe there were a few tickets sent back
