You put in McGinn to do the grunt work, Hourihane to float around the final third and Jack pulling the strings behind the scenes. Hourihane is always capable of this.

Whelan. Hourihane offers goals which Whelan doesn’t. McGinn has twice the energy and combativeness. Tough on Whelan but we need to play the best team available. The midfield trio of Jack, SJM and Conor prior to Jack’s injury looked superb.
