Villa are 'considering' the offer and have contacted our away fans' group for their opinion. Personally I think 3000 would be plenty; on BBC, just after Christmas, sandwiched between two other away games and we'll lose. We wouldn't sell 4000.

The people Villa should be contacting are those in the lower booking priority brackets because they might be the ones who miss out due a lower allocation.

We opted for the 3000 in the end then rather than 4000. £20 season ticket holders, £25 general sale.

That's a stupid decision, especially with cheap tickets.

I'm not so sure..if it was a Saturday I think you may have a point but with 6 away games in 6 weeks I think people are going to prioritise the league games. I've been to 8 away games and with trips to QPR Cardiff and Wolves to come, I can't get motivated for this.

Can see why they 'only' took 3000. Sandwiched between Cardiff and Wolves, Sunday 4pm on TV, just after Christmas, no novelty factor and a record of some pretty awful followings there over the past ten seasons.

We've sold out every weekend game this season, regardless of whether they've been Saturday or Sunday (or our "weekend" game switched to Friday).

Most haven't got as far as season ticket holders with one or two aways before selling out.

We will easily sell 3,000, and leave a number of our own fans who haven't yet met the criteria disappointed. It's small-time as fuck.

Has Mike Dean been confirmed as match referee?

Pochettino says one match at a time so cant confirm until after the festive fixtures

There doesn't seem to have been the usual formal announcement on the OS, but tickets are on sale @ £25 to ST holders with 7 aways.

We've only sold 655 so far. Knew the 3000 would be more than enough.

Not surprising they haven't sold many if they haven't even updated the website to say that they're available.

655 in Roman numerals is DCLV which, interestingly, is an anagram of LDV [Vans] if you lose the 'C'.

There were around 15-20 of us in our group yesterday for QPR, mainly London based, and only 6 of us are going to Spurs. I thought we were daft to not take the full 4k but now think it was probably wise.

Its also 11001010101 in binary if that helps
