Anyone planning to go on the train... the journey home is likely to be affected by the underground strike.

I was reading Richard Whitehead's book Children of the Revolution over the Christmas break and I was amazed to read that just before the start of the 1971 League Cup final against Spurs, Vic Crowe entered the match officials room at Wembley with our team sheet to find the ref wearing a Spurs shirt. Obviously Vic was less than impressed, especially when the ref said to Vic that he may wear it under his referee shirt during the game! I wonder if anyone else knows about this?

1740 sold from 2900. Good job we didn't take the 4000!

Can't say i'm too surprised. 4 away games inside 4 weeks is a lot on the pocket and it's on the tellybox.

I'm on the train, wonder how bad it will be and what's the alternatives ?

I'm hoping someone will have a few ideas on that. I need to get back to Euston. White Hart Lane station will get me to Liverpool Street and then I am thinking either walk or Uber onto Euston. Any better options would be appreciated though!

I have had a look at that. Do you know if there is a direct one to Euston on match days? The routes I have found all involve a couple of changes which is why I was leaning towards the train.

Your best bet is TFL route planner, which will give a few options. The 205 goes from Liverpool Street to Euston.

I'll be enjoying this one in corporate hospitality thanks to my BIL having a box there. Looking forward to this for literally no other reason than I went to the QPR game which was my first away game for about 6 years.

I'd like to take my hat off to each and everyone of you considering the timing, cost and the fact it's on TV , a ground we used to play at every season and our away form is shocking . Your support is brilliant even if our team at present aren't

Can see why they 'only' took 3000. Sandwiched between Cardiff and Wolves, Sunday 4pm on TV, just after Christmas, no novelty factor and a record of some pretty awful followings there over the past ten seasons.

We've sold out every weekend game this season, regardless of whether they've been Saturday or Sunday (or our "weekend" game switched to Friday).

Most haven't got as far as season ticket holders with one or two aways before selling out.

We will easily sell 3,000, and leave a number of our own fans who haven't yet met the criteria disappointed. It's small-time as fuck.

Allocation reduced to 2500. 2094 sold.

Have just purchased mine; a nice local one living in north london.

Just read elsewhere that Mike Dean is the ref for our game on Sunday.

Is it too late to return my ticket?
