Jedinak, Jack and Amavi were superb.
Agreed, but a special mention for Chester.
I thought he was superb today.

If we hadn't dropped so many fucking points early on we could be in with a shout of winning the league.

Those careless late goals conceded.

Yes, but RDM would still be in the job.

By my reckoning, if we'd won every game we've led in this season we'd be 2 points clear at the top.

Agreed, that 4 were our stand out performers. Chester reads the game well and stepped up when we lost Baker. I think I have a man crush on Jedi, a proper man and midfielder. Glad he has proven my Palace mate right.

Which if we'd held onto all the leads we had under him we'd be delighted with.

I thought everyone played pretty pretty well, apart from maybe Ayew. But the actual team performance was a bit crap. We got caught in possession a number of times and also gave the ball away loads.

Groin. Bruce said Baker has been suffering for a few weeks.

Second half was poor but the result was all that mattered. I actually thought we missed Baker and that's something I never thought I'd ever say. Keep it up Steve.

Horrible scrappy game against a typically dirty, long throw, Colin Wanker team.Five minutes in and Warnock was in the ear of the linesman, ten minutes later he was in  the ear of the 4th official, and at half time half his players were in the officials' faces. Horrible man, horrible team, but to be fair the officials were, to a man, shocking. If the ref had booked Gunnarson earlier for persistent fouling he'd have been off well before Pelter. To be fair Cardiff played some decent stuff at times and should have been 1 up in the first few minutes when Hoilett headed over. Typical Westwood fannying about for their goal, but some real quality for ours. Wasn't sure about Bruce's substitutions - when Ayew went off I'd have preferred Gardner or Bacuna on to shore up the midfield, but by the end we could have won by more - Adomah might have done better from 3 yards out with Kodjia's cross/shot, and, predictably, Gabby failed when one on one with the keeper.  Another three points for Bruce, still undefeated, 3 points off the top six, and feeling good walking back across Aston Park again. For those reasons I'll even put up with DLBIA at the end - but please, whoever's choosing that for whatever reason, let's change it to Hi Ho Silver Lining

They were by far the better of the teams and will consider themselves unlucky not to have taken back to South Wales with them.

Not sure that was right, they were a typical Warnock team, scrapping, niggling and fouling. Not sure how the No.17 managed to evade a booking for so long, every time Grealish got the ball he went through the back of him. Equally not sure how Lambert was still on the pitch to score after the two handed push on the ref after whatever happened on the halfway line. All in all a good victory and a deserved 3 points.
