I hold no ill feelings towards him, he tried his best but his best wasn't good enough.  To be fair to him, the way Lerner and Co ran the club he's probably right.

No. Tonight I'm going to party like it's 2011, like before we'd ever heard the name Ashley Westwood. Tomorrow I'll forget the wet digestive ever played for us and will never mention him again.

But what a cheeky bastard (him, not you) talking about 'proper clubs' and being appreciated. This club made him rich beyond his fucking dreams and gave him years of support, and all he gave us in return was running about a bit and a lot of pointing and shirking of responsibilities. I've nothing against you Chris, but maybe it's you that should give it a rest, you seem the only person sensitive to Ashley's criticism.
