With the four coming in, we have to aim for those play off's again. It's a tall order but we're not miles off if we can go on a run. I'd go gung ho at it, if we don't make it at least we can start next season in a much better shape than this one

Were the Barnsley lads £3m each? Probably over the odds considering they're out of contract in the summer (and clubs  can see us coming a mile off all desperate) but good value in the bigger scheme if they fulfil their potential.

£12m back on McCormack and Ayew and a new striker in, maybe Rhodes as it gets close to the wire.

Five players In is more than I hoped for or expected to see happen. So it is congratulations to Dr X and the Recruitment Team. Hope they are all good, on and off the field, and get the team moving up the table.

I'd have Grealish in and probably drop Jedinak. Still want that centre half, number 9, and shit off a shovel pacey wide man. The latter we won't get.

For me Jedinak at this stage is a rotation player and someone you can bring on late in games to see out a result.
Watch the Jedi improve dramatically with a decent MF around him - he'll be in the starting XI I reckon.

He may well be and it will now be on merit than necessity. The nice thing either way is that we have genuine options.

So is Bjarnason a left winger then?

Can play across midfield. It's true because Fifa said so.

What a fantastic January transfer Window. Well done all involved. Let's hope everyone fits in relatively quickly. Onwards and upwards UTV

Interesting thing about that starting lineup is that none of the players played for us last year. (I know that Avami was here but he was mostly Injured). Hopefully they will develop the correct mentality to get us out of the division.

Looking at that line-up, Baker is the only one in danger of having the losing mentality mindset.  It gives us hope that the rest don't.
