What does 'preparing a bid' actually mean?  Are we or aren't we?

I think it's the new way of the press saying we're interested in a player without really knowing if we are or not.

Judging by some of our signings of late in our case 'preparing a bid' probably means having a look at the player once the cheque is in the post.

Lansbury always reminds me of the posh traveller kid in the second Inbetweeners film.

Hasn't Lansbury also gone from braids to a man bun? That makes him a wrong 'un in my book.

I always imagine the board huddled round a table counting money out to see of they have enough :-)

Paul 'We go again' Lambert is interested in taking McCormack on loan, apparently.

The front of the bloke. Let's throw in Kodjia and Amavi just to make sure.

If he's as good a manager as he somehow still seems to think he is, he should be able to get a tune out of Westwood and Gabby.

£10m and you can have him, £8m and you can have Westwood too.
