We have wasted so much money and I just don't see January saving our playoff hopes. For me Id get rid of so many of the following players if we could but we will be lucky to see any of them go may have to wait till summer for most.

Ayew - doesn't care enough, too individual a luxury we cant afford to carry.
Westwood - rotten by the club, needs a change and so do we.
Gardner - simply not good enough how he got a new deal.
Cissokho - bruce clearly doesn't rate him
Elphick - slow, and simply not good enough.
Bunn - two errors in two games have cost us points
Hutton - another that has been at the club too long, is a trier but is simply not good enough.
Richards - where is he .......... complete waste of wages
McCormack - probably the biggest waste of all - overweight and another luxury too slow.

For the rest of the season id go

Goalkeeper - TBC - cant be worse than the two we have played

RB - TBC - desperately need someone in

Amavi

Bacuna/Tishbola/Jedinak
TBC - athletic midfielder who carries a goal threat

Grealish as out and out no 10

Adomah - RW - must improve.
Kodija - LW - must learn to cross and carry the ball much quicker
