The club in question can only sign 1 out of the 2 targets it wants this January due to financial fair play sanctions. I think I've given sufficient clues to that one now.

One I can confirm is that we were looking at loftus cheek and bamford on loan until the end of the season. Bamford will be recalled by Chelsea as he just cannot cut it in the premier and was seen as cover for the AFCON. They will both sign on loan for small heath this window now. Which I hate to say but is 2 very good signings for them

Just thought I'd share my thought's and also relay what I've been told about January.. oh and also its not yaya toure as has been suggested at the top of this thread. Think we all need to be realistic but even still we will be more than happy!

Also on a side note one name I keep hearing is Sebastian Larsson.. has played for Bruce at 2 different teams before and can play a holding role but is more effective at getting up the pitch? Is one of Bruces trusted ones so I hear
