Fucking hell I'm sick of seeing shit midfields down the Villa. Hope Tshibola isn't a sicknote, we need him.

Just win please Villa, we need this. Disappointing that Tish, Adomah and Jedi are out.

The only consolation is that against Derby neither Gardner or Westwood stood out. It neither were liabilities. And if the forwards did their job we'd have won that game

Di Matteo was an excellent midfielder. You would have thought he knows a good one or two. Evidently not. Maybe Gardner will score against his former club kind of thing..

Where is Adomah?

What a disappointing lineup.

Still, good to see Kodjia out there. I think him and McCormack will be an excellent partnership.

Just watching a bit of the Chinese league game first, surely we should look good in comparison.

Adomah is injured that came out on Friday.  Jedinak came back with a knock and travelled 30,000 miles.  Hence that's why I assume he's on the bench but Gardner and Westwood Jesus.

Forest will know they can press that midfield in the second half and it will yield. Today we must take all our chances.

Adomah came back from the international break with an injury I read. Fucking pointless games.

I was hoping to see Albert today -     that midfield again - Its ok  when you are on top but soon as the other team scores it just goes missing but obviously injuries means why he has picked them .

Lambert, Sherwood and Garde were all very decent as well, so I'm not sure that that's how it works.

You can't knock what they did overall in the window, it was excellent but it is fair to say that if we lose 1 in centre mid or central defence we should be concerned, and if we lose 2 we're potentially in real shit.

It's depressing but who else is RDM supposed to pick if all the other options aren't fit to play?
