Happy with his two performances thus far. Even if he was playing on the wing last night for some weird reason

I'm not sure he would have played there had Grealish been fit. It wasn't a total disaster of a decision though, he did score from cutting in from out wide.

He looks a real menace. The only positive from last night.

He still looked good no doubt, but i'd much rather have had him up top where Gestede was. Heck, i'd even have played Bacuna out wide if needs be

This idea of cramming four strikers into a starting eleven will never work IMHO

You pick 2, possibly three and rotate as required to my mind

In Kod We Trust

That looks fishy. There's no plaice for that kind of ecumenical nonsense in todays game.

But with him in the team we should be battering the opposition

He has an excellent first touch, controls the ball beautifully.

Really good player, worth every penny based on what I've seen so far. Looking forward to seeing him link with Albert too.

In the 2 games so far he's looked very much like a Benteke clone.

I'm not for one minute saying he will be as good as him, just an early observation.

hear hear - why do managers insist on playing players out of position?

I don't get why people don't understand why he played there the other night. He's played there before and it was because Grealish was out. As long as it doesn't become a habit, what's the problem?

As it unbalanced us and saw us sacrifice an entire hour of the game.

He should have brought Bacuna in and played him right and Ayew left either side of him up top. No team in the league will push up an extra 10 yards, unless they're mad, when they have pace occupying them.

We recycled it so cheaply because we had Gestede up front who couldn't hold it up or run in behind. Easy pickings for Brentford.

So you don't think that playing him out there possibly nullified our goal threat?

It did playing Gestede through the middle possibly but like i said, as long as it's not a regular tactic then fine.

There's no need to force square pegs in round holes.
