Well I'm looking forward to him linking up with Ross. He looks Quick, mobile and knows how to finish. Looks like he doesn't rely on balls from width either which would suit us well.

Seems like a rough diamond but could be just what we need..it's a lot of money but then it's standard now.
Ashamedly, had a little trawl through their forum about him...seems very highly rated by them (up until he was leaving, then he's shit..standard stuff).
Loads of BCFC fans getting arsey about it on social media...saying we've been mugged. Roughly translated means they are gutted he's gone....

It looks like he always wears a sort of bandage on his left hand. What is it?

A Jamie Vardy tribute.  Let's just dream of him and McCormack hitting form together.

This is what brothers mate who is a season ticket holder at Bristol City sent me when I asked if he's worth it:

Good player, does miss allot of chances but will score lots if provided, strays offside quite abit. Imo you have paid 7 million over what I feel he's worth. But best of luck to him, his goals kept us up last season and he has made us 13 million, so no sour grapes.

Look at it another way, if we end up paying £15m for him, he will have succeeded and worth every penny of the fee.  If he doesn't and we end up paying £11m, it's probably about £3m over.  It's a gamble worth taking.

To be honest that's the sort of player we are in for. Very good but with certain flaws. If he was the finished article we'd be up against teams in the Premier league and the price would have been higher again.

We're paying silly money but then I see teams like Swansea, Palace West Ham linked with players over £28m.

The world of football is a strange place when it comes to finances.

Hard to complain when our new owner is willing to pay over the rate to get the best players in our division.

I like his ambition and I dont mind at all the jibe we are trying to "buy promotion" , damn straight we are. Nice to have an owner who is trying to.
