For the games at VP, Rotherham have been been given 2,488 at £25 a go. Huddersfield have 1,800 with an option to increase to 2,800. Also £25 a pop.

So far everything is wrong with the league always. Wendy daft prices and late going on sale, Derby late kick off with only trains back to the nw as well as tickets net cost £38.  Bristol 3 weeks to game and no sign of tickets on sale. Not only is the division a lower standard in playing ability but a lesser class of clubs generally

I got a price of £19 return from Chester..just jump on Mersetrail when you get back to Chester mate?

villa are charging forest fans £35 for a sunday lunch game on sky.

the club deserve all the shit they'll get for that.

edit: as a consequence, forest are only taking 1,066 tickets initially.

I'd heard we were working on reciprocal pricing arrangements with clubs so presumably that means Forest are planning to take the piss when we go there.

Some tickets are £37 for our fans for that Forest game aswell. Shocking for a Sunday lunchtime game on Sky and will severely impact on the attendance.

We've decided it's a category A game for some saft reason. Because of the pricing I may well not bother especially with the crap KO time.

Yes I mentioned a while back we've put Forest as a Cat A game which looks pretty silly given the changed kick off time.

It would be a shame if after the first two games we go back to a sub 30k attendance against Forest.

Our crowds have been great so far but worth remembering you could sit anywhere in the ground for 25 quid or less....when was the last time you could do that at VP in a league game?

Can't see us drawing those crowds with 35 quid ticket prices except for Newcastle and SHA.

There will probably be cheap tickets on seatwave, me and my old man got in for little over a tenner each for Rotherham.

Got me a £10 ticket in the lower Holte for last Tuesdays game from Seatwave. About £14 once you've added on Seatwaves take and pound admin fee. Can't knock that.

2000 tickets for Ipswich - £32.50-£37.50

5500 for Barnsley - £30. We won't sell that out on a Tuesday night.

Couldn't agree more.  Totally out of order.

Seen loads of people complaining they haven't been able to get an away ticket so far because they've sold out so quickly. Then we get 5500 for Barnsley and my Twitter feed is full of people giving their references away.

Once you're out of the Premier League and haven't got the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City etc who attract the day trippers and local away support, I don't see how you can possibly have category A games in the lower leagues. Forest wouldn't have been a category A match even when they were European champions.
