Did you see the Welsh players and fans trying to do the Clap thingy yesterday. Embarrassing mess

The clap is great when done by Iceland but the efforts I've seen/heard by other sets of supporters have been terrible.

That's rubbish ! I think you're being grossly unfair.
It was very good and looked great spirits both welsh fans and players as was when France embraced too.

Look at this ! Could this sort of clapping support please be embraced by you at the villa?

What we will need is a new man to lead it.

Andy!

I hope it catches on. I love footie banter. We can start doing that "Oo ar ya" at the away fans when we score and open our arms wide when the opposition miss as well. It'll be great for atmosphere.

Get ready to cringe, and curl up in your seat

Almost as cringey as the Leadsom supporters chanting:

I've always thought the playing of "You'll Never Walk Alone" pre match helps create a superb atmosphere at Anfield, we could give that a go and then maybe the players could perform the haka to really get the atmosphere fired up.

No thanks.  No doubt we will see it at some grounds though.

I thought it was great for the Iceland team.

It will die a death just like the voovoo whatsits from South Africa.
I'm pretty sure it will be flavour of the month for the pundits, though.

No.  Leave it to Norwich and the other tosspots in the league.

I think we could do like the Bundesliga when we score - but the problem would be that we would have so little practice.

Being in the crowd like that is actually fun! (sorry the "we should do as we always do"-crowd)

I reckon Man City will nick it like that did that Poznan thing.

Or maybe we could do it all ironic-like and chant 'food' at Gabby.
