Old crest - a fake?  Plus the club would deduct rather than ask for cash into Bond's hands.

Not so. I once made the mistake of reading a footballer's autobiography and he talked about how fines worked. It's all done on a self-policing basis, rather than being overseen by HR. The idea being that the money is collected throughout the season and then given to charity/used for a piss-up at the end of the season.

Blimey, if these measures had been in place last season they could have bought a golden rocket and had their end of year piss-up on the moon.

Indeed. Even by January they could have chipped in and bought a hard-working player to keep them on PL wages.

He said he was going to have rules/code of conduct.
£1k for being 6 minutes late and £2.5k for 15 minutes, I wonder what Okore would have been billed for refusing to play.

He'd have sent the bill to Eric Black for self protectionism and chatting shit.

No way would fines be settled that way. Obviously fake l.
Maybe not directly connected to AVFC,but it could be an inhouse project run by RDM and Bond with the moneys going towards some kind of event, charity etc.

Just seen some of the photo's of the superstars arriving for training yesterday, it looks as though some are preparing themselves for a day on the beach!

You would think that they would turn up to work? a bit smarter!

Remember watching Garry Thompson talk about the impact the Graham Taylor had on the team when he first arrived, and the rules that he introduced regarding appearance etc... I hope that our new Manager sets similar rules.

Wearing headphones = £1000

Just a personal issue I have.

"Dad Dad can I have these Beats head phones?"

No son. There over hyped, eye wateringly expensive and just a bit rubbish.

That and you come across and antisocial by deliberately dissociation yourself to anything that's going on around you. Not really great for a team is it.

You could imagine our arrogant lot thinking
"yeah right - treating us like children - well show them"

Hope the Management team are strong enough

Who will be responsible for reading the rules to our players?

I do hope that they pay attention (although after the shambles of last season, I doubt it)

I just love how it needs to spell out what fines double means by illustrating £500 becoming £1000.

belt and braces needed with this lot :-\

No belt and braces      £2500

You do know they get changed to train.
I can't see why you would expect them to wear a suit and tie to drive to the training ground.

I hope it's a fake otherwise it's going to establish a petty minded management culture.

We need a tougher regime but targeted at the type of behaviour we have seen from the likes of Gabby and Lescott - not penalising all and sundry just because a hold up on the M42 has resulted in them being 6 minutes late for training.
