  I am with you.......I have always thought you had to foul someone to get a free-kick/penalty and if you don't touch someone I don't see how that is a foul

• Great game but Ref Atkinson really is poor. Persistent fouls from Kante and Alonso go unchecked and picky reffing slows the game. Great game though.
