Have they changed the rules so players can dive to get a penalty if they think they might get touched even if they don't? Moses touched the ball passed Son but he was diving and in flight to avoid making contact.

I am with you.......I have always thought you had to foul someone to get a free-kick/penalty and if you don't touch someone I don't see how that is a foul

Great game but Ref Atkinson really is poor. Persistent fouls from Kante and Alonso go unchecked and picky reffing slows the game. Great game though.
