The only thing I can remember about Barcelona is that the Neu Camp seats were covered in bird shit.

You went to one of the greatest cities in the world and that's all you remember?

And how do you buy hooks if there are no hookers around?

...and just think of all the collapsed scrums

Zarate has just scored an absolutely magnificent goal for Fiorentina to put them 3-2 up in a belting game against Napoli.

I took my sons to Barcelona at the weekend. What a wonderful experience. I think we'll look back on the team as an era defining squad. Also beautiful city and managed to get 4 seats from club website no bother. If you haven't done it yet, I suggest you do.
Drink anything nice?

Nice city. Pity about the druggies and hookers.
Do you know any large cities that don't have these?

It was the worst city (large) I have been to.

It's all I remember about my visits to Barcelona, the druggies and hookers.

Mother and I were there on our cruise last year. The druggies and hookers were v helpful when we were touring the Cathedral.

You went to one of the greatest cities in the world and that's all you remember?

I can vaguely remember going to Porta Ventura were me Lee F, James and Lee H would go on the Dragon Kahn and as soon as it finished would run round and go on again, we did this repeatedly, we qued for around 15 minutes a time, none of this Alton Towers nonsense!

I kind of remember we were given a packed lunch one morning before an outing (I can't remember where we were going) but the ham on the sandwhich looked a weird colour and ive never liked oranges so being the young rebel that I was I threw it over the hotel balcony as hard as I could and it exploded over a Spanish ladys towels as she was hanging them out, we all hid behind the big curtains that you get in budget hotel rooms and took it in turns in peeping our heads round to see what her reaction was, she stood there the whole time just waving.

I also kind of lost my virginity during the trip but to this day i'm not sure if it went in or not so i'm sceptical about counting that one.

So yeah, bird shit all over those seats!

The case for goal-line technology is now overwhelming

Indeed a Paisajes Rioja and a L'inconscient Priorat (when in Rome!)
Both very nice and about €20. Will do Priorat on holiday next summer I think.

Bad scoreline for us with Wednesday winning, currently back to 6 points off the play offs. Wednesday look good.

I don't think we need to worry about this result  at this stage. Our target should be to be right in the mix rather than hoping for the team in the sixth place to slip up. I agree Wednesday have been very good.
