How good was Adama today?Shame he never got a proper chance here...very much the right player at the wrong time.

And towards the end of the season when Boro are fighting for their PL lives lets see if he is even playing. The one thing that drove me nuts when we did get to see him was his unwillingness to fight to get the ball back. Often when it was he who lost it. He won't get the most out of his career if he is viewed as a luxury item.
Carles Gil has just come on as a sub for Deportivo. Perhaps another case of the right player at the wrong time. At least he's only on loan to them and I hope he comes good. That goal against Bournemouth was class.

So there isn't really an upside for us.He must be the player with the greatest overall quality of goal for us. Bournemouth, Leicester and Sunderland - all were great.
